Charles J. resides in North Carolina where he is a licensed contractor and builder. Charlie is founder and owner of a Development and Design - Build Company. His wealth of experience in business management, customer relations, and contract negotiations comes from over 30 years of experience in various capacities of business in both residential and commercial management.
Once becoming a father, Mr. Benzing began to put into action his commitment to impacting the youth positively. He is the proud father and originator of the concept that is the basis for Target Teen Safety, LLC.

Charles C. is presently retired from a thirty year career in capitol equipment marketing and sales. He resides in New Hampshire where he drives a school bus for the Merrimack School District. Driving a school bus full of teenagers has given him an insight into teen personality and safety that few possess.
His sales and marketing career involved ever expanding roles of responsibility and business development within the printing and publishing community. He has been responsible for introducing the most technologically advanced products into the newspaper and fashion magazine markets.
